Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Sr. Executive to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and marketplace advertising, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, ROAS improvement, and revenue growth.
The candidate should be comfortable analyzing campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with creative and content teams to maximize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Amazon Advertising
- Other marketplaces as applicable
- Manage monthly digital marketing budgets efficiently.
- Drive customer acquisition, sales, and brand awareness while maintaining target ROAS.
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as:
- ROAS
- CAC
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue Growth
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze website performance using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Business Manager
- Amazon Advertising Console
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Present recommendations to management based on data analysis.
E-commerce Growth
- Support growth initiatives across:
- Brand website
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Other online marketplaces
- Coordinate with marketplace and e-commerce teams to improve sales performance.
Audience & Retention Marketing
- Build and optimize audience segments and remarketing campaigns.
- Support CRM activities including:
- Email Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Customer Retention Campaigns
- Improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Creative Team
- Content Team
- E-commerce Team
- Sales Team
- Ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and promotional calendars.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Experience managing monthly budgets of ₹10 Lakhs+.
- Good understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred
- Experience in D2C, Retail, FMCG, Kids, Toys, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and analytics.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Certifications preferred.
