- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments for office-related requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR and administration teams with routine activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
