Job Summary
Panchsheel Group is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive residential property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for residential projects.
- Generate business through channel partners, direct sales, referrals, and walk-in customers.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and ensure timely sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth documentation and booking processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports for senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and RERA guidelines.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience: 6–10 years in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record in residential and commercial property sales.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation.
- Proficiency in Farvision ERP, CRM, MS Office, and Advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
