Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain good customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Maintain sales records and update management regularly.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Real Estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from other sales domains can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
