About the Role
Artarium LLP is looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take complete ownership of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, good knowledge of warehouse processes, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Manage the complete warehouse cycle, including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and timely order processing and dispatch.
- Supervise, guide, and manage the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain proper 5S, housekeeping, discipline, and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage returns, damaged products, stock discrepancies, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper usage of WMS and Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports for management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Reduce wastage, minimize inventory losses, and help control operational costs.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support periodic physical inventory audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and WMS.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce or manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
