About the Role
This is not a traditional customer support role. As a Product Support Specialist at House of EdTech, you are a Technical Guide — the person who ensures that once a live session ends, our learners can actually put what they’ve learned to work.
You’ll help working professionals move from “I watched the session” to “I built it and it works.” That means clearing technical hurdles, debugging errors, and giving learners the confidence to apply AI tools in real-world scenarios. Success in this role is measured by what our learners are able to build — not just by tickets closed.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the primary point of contact for technical queries across our program domains:
- Generative AI — Guide learners through prompt engineering and practical LLM implementation.
- Data & Analytics — Support Excel with AI, Power BI, SQL, and Python basics.
- Automation & No-Code — Help learners build workflows in Make and n8n, and apps in Bubble and Streamlit.
- Technical Troubleshooting — Diagnose issues, deliver clear step-by-step solutions, and create visual guides (screenshots and short videos) that learners can follow.
- Conceptual Guidance — Explain the “why” behind ML, Deep Learning, and NLP in language anyone can understand.
- Omnichannel Support — Meet learners wherever they are: chat, phone, video calls, or an in-person walkthrough if they visit the office. (No external travel is required.)
- Escalation Management — Resolve ~90% of queries independently, escalating to the product team only when strictly necessary.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a rare blend: real technical literacy paired with a teacher’s patience.
Education
- A B.Tech, BCA, BSc (IT/CS), or related technical degree is preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Foundational knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with (or strong, demonstrated interest in) Generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make.com or n8n is a significant plus.
Mindset
- Ownership — You take full responsibility for a learner’s success, from the first question to the final fix.
- Patience — You can guide professionals who may have no technical background without ever making them feel behind.
- Continuous Learning — You have a proven track record of teaching yourself. AI evolves weekly, and your ability to stay ahead of it is your greatest asset.
How Success Is Measured
- Implementation Rate — A high percentage of learners successfully deploy tools after interacting with you.
- Resolution Quality — Doubts are solved comprehensively, so the same question doesn’t come back.
- Product Mastery — Your understanding of the House of EdTech product suite visibly deepens every month.
- Learner Satisfaction — You maintain high feedback scores for clarity and helpfulness.
Why Join Us
- At the forefront of AI — Get paid to master the world’s most advanced AI technologies.
- High impact — Directly shape the career trajectories of thousands of working professionals.
- Growth environment — Work in a fast-paced culture where technical curiosity is rewarded and stagnation is discouraged.
A final note. We’re looking for tinkerers and problem-solvers — people who see a broken workflow as a puzzle worth cracking, and who can’t resist figuring out how something works. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
How to Apply
Send your resume — and, if you have them, links to anything you’ve built (an automation, a Streamlit app, a prompt library, a debugging write-up) — to . Show us how you tinker.
