About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Growth & Performance to lead digital marketing, customer acquisition, and growth for our AI & EdTech business, Upsido.ai.
Key Responsibilities
- Own GTM, lead generation, and marketing funnel performance.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Optimise landing pages, offers, conversions, CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Work with Sales and Content teams on positioning, messaging, and lead quality.
- Use data and market insights to improve growth and revenue.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Digital, Performance, or Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Experience in AI, EdTech, SaaS, or Online Education preferred.
- Experience with BE10X, OutSkills, or similar companies is a plus.
Compensation
Competitive compensation with a lucrative hike over current CTC, based on experience and fit.
