We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our steel products to contractors, builders, construction companies, fabricators, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have strong communication, relationship-building, and technical sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell steel products such as TMT bars, structural steel, sheets, pipes, and related products.
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, consultants, and project owners to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present product information, quotations, and proposals to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, construction materials, steel, cement, or related industries.
- Good understanding of construction practices and building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
