Role Summary
We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to support outbound prospecting, lead
generation, and enterprise outreach initiatives for the sales function. The role will focus on identifying potential
opportunities, engaging with enterprise decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and calls, and supporting
pipeline generation across international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong research capability,
outbound communication skills, and the ability to understand business and technology conversations in IT
services and digital transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling- Identify and engage with enterprise decision-makers across target accounts
- Research companies, stakeholders, business signals, and potential opportunities
- Support lead generation and pipeline-building activities for the sales function
- Create personalized outreach messages based on account and stakeholder context
- Qualify opportunities through initial discovery conversations
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage outreach activities consistently
- Update and manage prospect data in CRM and outbound tools
- Coordinate with the sales team on target accounts, messaging, and outreach strategies
- Support market research and account mapping across international markets
Required Skills & Competencies
2–3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience in IT services or technology sales.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create personalized outreach.
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Strong company research, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity qualification skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology domains such as AI, cloud, digital transformation, and automation.
- Experience using sales and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zoho, etc.
- Exposure to UK, Europe, or MENA markets is preferred (Good to have but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted outreach and personalization tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in lean sales teams with strong ownership and execution consistency.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with future work-from-office expectations.
