Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer investment needs, providing suitable property solutions, conducting site visits, and driving sales closures. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customers' investment goals, budget, and property preferences to recommend suitable residential and commercial projects.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, walk-ins, digital leads, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings and accompany customers on property site visits.
- Present project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and investment benefits.
- Guide customers throughout the sales cycle, from inquiry to booking and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking formalities, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and negotiations professionally.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Team handling ,Sales, Relationship Management, or Business Development, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
