Key Responsibilities:
- Graft Management: Count, sort, and preserve extracted hair follicles under a microscope with high speed and precision.
- OT Preparation: Sterilize HT instruments, set up FUE equipment, and maintain strict aseptic conditions.
- Surgeon Assistance: Actively assist the surgeon during extraction and implantation phases.
- Patient & Post-Op Care: Prepare patients for surgery, monitor them during the procedure, and apply post-op dressings.
Requirements:
- Diploma in OT Technology, Nursing, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent eyesight, steady hands, and high stamina for long procedures.
- Deep understanding of graft survival protocols.
