Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting after-sales service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers after sales
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts) for issue resolution
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Provide product/service information clearly to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Generate feedback reports and share insights with management
- Assist in scheduling service visits and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service / CRM role
- Good communication skills (English, Malayalam; Tamil is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
