Monitor digital campaigns on Instagram and Google Ads to identify new leads.
Record lead information including name, contact details, source of lead, and any
additional relevant information.
2. Lead Communication:
Promptly contact leads via phone within specified time frame of receiving their
information.
Engage leads in a friendly conversation to build rapport and establish a
connection.
Clearly communicate the benefits of visiting the physical center for inquiries and
further details.
Address any questions or concerns the leads may have regarding the institute or
its programs.
Use persuasive communication techniques to encourage leads to schedule a visit
to the physical centre.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate with leads to schedule appointments for their visit to the physical
centre.
Offer flexible appointment times to accommodate the schedules of leads.
Ensure accuracy in scheduling and record appointment details in the company’s
system.
4. Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads who express interest but are not ready to schedule a visit
immediately.
Maintain regular communication with leads through phone calls, emails, or other
preferred channels.
Provide additional information or address any concerns to nurture leads and
encourage them to visit the physical centre.
5. Documentation:
Document all interactions with leads including phone calls, emails, and appointments
scheduled, and any follow-up actions taken.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead communication in the company’s
system.
