Position: Content Manager

Role Overview : We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Content Manager who understands how to create revenue-focused content strategies across social media, e-commerce, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in skincare content, trend forecasting, creator collaboration, and performance marketing-oriented storytelling. This role requires someone who can combine creativity with analytics to drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Strategy & Planning:
● Develop and execute monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and skincare trends.
● Create revenue-driven content strategies focused on increasing engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
● Brainstorm innovative content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
● Track and analyze key content performance metrics including reach, engagement, views, CTR, watch time, and conversions.
● Generate regular reports and use insights to optimize future content strategies and improve ROI.
● Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align content with paid campaign objectives.
Founder & Face-of-Brand Strategy:
● Conceptualize and script founder-led content to position the founder as a credible and trustworthy voice in skincare. ● Develop storytelling formats that strengthen brand authority and audience trust.
In-House Video Production Support:
● Ideate, brief, and coordinate in-house video shoots including tutorials, product demos, educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based reels. ● Guide the creative team on storytelling, scripting, hooks, messaging, and execution quality.
Content Brief Writing :
● Create detailed creative briefs for designers, videographers, copywriters, editors, and external creators. ● Ensure all deliverables maintain consistency in messaging, quality, and brand positioning.
Brand Voice & Content Governance:
● Own and maintain the brand’s tone of voice, messaging framework, and visual language across all platforms. ● Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
Influencer & Creator Coordination:
● Work closely with the influencer marketing team to identify trending creators, skincare influencers, and niche beauty voices aligned with the brand. ● Support creator collaborations with strong content direction and campaign alignment.
UGC (User-Generated Content) Strategy:
● Identify and curate high-quality user-generated content to build authenticity and community trust. ● Develop strategies to encourage customer participation and content creation.
E-commerce & Website Oversight:
● Oversee and audit product descriptions, banners, blogs, landing pages, and marketplace content across platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and the brand website. ● Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and conversion-focused communication.
Trend Monitoring & Competitive Benchmarking:
● Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, and emerging platform opportunities. ● Regularly analyze competitor and global skincare brand content to identify content gaps, inspiration, and differentiation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with marketing, product, e-commerce, design, and performance teams to ensure alignment between content strategy and business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in content management, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or D2C brands.
● Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video storytelling.
● Knowledge of performance marketing and revenue-driven content strategies.
● Excellent scripting and creative briefing skills.
● Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
● Understanding of SEO and e-commerce content optimization.
● Strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
● Ability to identify trends quickly and convert them into high-performing content ideas.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
