Job Description
The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished bearing cages to ensure they meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and company quality standards. The QC Inspector performs dimensional and visual inspections, maintains quality records, identifies non-conforming products, and supports continuous improvement activities to achieve zero-defect production.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials and components according to approved quality standards.
- Conduct final inspection of finished bearing cages before dispatch.
- Verify product dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator, Bore Gauge, Plug Gauge, Ring Gauge, and other inspection equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality management system requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Maintenance departments to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
