Position: Junior Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality industry positions (Chefs, Stewards, Captains, Managers, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job vacancies and maintain job listings on various hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate data records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- 80% Recruitment, 20% HR Operation Work
Required Skills:
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in hospitality industry recruitment will be preferred.
