Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and solution delivery. The candidate will design scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions while guiding technical teams and driving platform strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Experience with CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, and custom applications.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
Certifications Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap.
- Act as the technical design authority for implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Establish platform governance, standards, and upgrade-safe development practices.
- Review technical designs and guide implementation teams.
- Conduct platform health assessments covering security, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Role Overview
This is a senior technical leadership role requiring hands-on ServiceNow architecture expertise, platform governance experience, and the ability to lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple locations.
Pay: Up to ₹4,200,000.00 per year
