Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Telesales specializing in credit cards and loans. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and closing sales effectively. This role requires proactive engagement with customers and the ability to build positive relationships for driving business results.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
- Graduates, undergraduates, freshers, and experienced candidates are welcome
Required Skills:
1.Convincing skills should be strong.
2. Contact potential Customers to inform them about Financial Products and sell the Product over Phone.
3. Calling Customers on Daily basis to sell Products.
4. Achieve Monthly Targets and Earn Attractive incentive.
Required Candidate profile
1. 12th/UG/Graduate in any stream
2. Good communication skills in English & Hindi
3. Capability to hold a conversation and convince customers

Compensation details:
