Position: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance records, and employee benefits coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Coordinate with management, department heads, and employees on HR-related matters.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software.
Basic knowledge of payroll, labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Qualification:
BBA (HR), MBA (HR), MHRM, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (Freshers can also apply if they have good HR knowledge and communication skills).
Pay: ₹10,860.48 - ₹35,000.00 per month
