A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in an office, or business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, clients, and visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
- Maintain records, files, and office supplies
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Process payments, invoices, or basic transactions if required
- Coordinate with staff and departments as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Preferred Experience
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
