We are looking for a persuasive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Overseas Education Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students looking to pursue higher education abroad. Your main goal is to engage leads, understand their educational background and career goals, pitch suitable study-abroad programs, and schedule consultation sessions with our senior study-abroad advisors.
Freshers with good english communication can apply. Training period of 5 days will be mandatory/ upon sucessfull completion of training will only the job agreement will be finalized.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Connect with prospective students and parents who have inquired about overseas education programs.
- Lead Qualification: Assess student profiles, academic qualifications, preferred destinations (e.g., US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe), budget, and course preferences.
- Counseling & Engagement: Educate candidates on available universities, courses, admission processes, and visa guidance at a basic level to build trust.
- Appointment Booking: Qualify high-intent leads and schedule detailed 1-on-1 counseling sessions with Senior Education Consultants.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records, call logs, and follow-up statuses accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with warm leads to move them through the enrollment pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily call targets, conversion metrics, and appointment scheduling quotas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Higher Secondary with relevant experience is acceptable).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or inside sales (experience in ed-tech or overseas education counseling is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and native/regional languages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Warm, confident, and professional phone etiquette with strong objection-handling abilities.
