Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Manager – Branding & Corporate Communications will be responsible for driving the organization's brand visibility, corporate storytelling, and integrated marketing initiatives. The role will lead content development, agency partnerships, campaign execution, and event management to ensure consistent brand positioning and effective stakeholder engagement. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and leadership to deliver impactful communication and marketing outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Develop engaging, original content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms
- Lead creation of visual, multimedia, and corporate communication content.
- Develop presentations, infographics, EBCs, marketing collaterals, and brand assets.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
- Drive innovative and engaging content formats to strengthen brand visibility
- Manage external agencies for content development and campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of agency outputs.
- Provide strategic direction and feedback to improve creative outcomes.
- Monitor agency performance against agreed objectives and timelines.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand strategy.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR or related field
- Master's Degree in Brand Management preferred.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Content Marketing, or Corporate Communications will be an added advantage
- Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Excellent presentation and visual communication capabilities.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and corporate communications.
- Proficiency in campaign planning, project management, and agency management.
Location: (HO - Kolkata)
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in Branding, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, or related functions.
