The HR Executive / HR Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
HR Operations & Generalist Functions
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Track attendance, leave, and provide payroll-related inputs.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR coordination.
Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR guidelines.
Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management.
