Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Identification: Monitor government sites like the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) for relevant building material requirements.
- Bid Analysis: Review tender documents to verify eligibility, material specifications, delivery locations and financial criteria.
- Documentation: Compile and verify technical datasheets, quality certifications and commercial forms required for bids.
- Price Estimation: Create comparative statements and cost estimates for bulk materials to propose competitive bids.
- Coordination: Work with internal sales, logistics and production teams to guarantee timely supply and delivery capabilities.
- Submission & Tracking: Submit bids on e-tender portals and track the status of bids through the final award stages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Portal Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-tendering websites and GeM portal bidding.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail when reviewing complex project scopes and terms.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of Building Materials industry standards.
- Strong Communication: Ability to liaise with government officials and internal technical teams effectively.
