Position: MANAGER / SR. MANAGER – UTILITY
Location: Ahmedabad
Join a Leading Solar Manufacturing Industry We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Manager / Sr. Manager – Utility for our Solar Manufacturing Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall utility operations and maintenance of the solar manufacturing plant.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of Electrical Power, DG, HVAC, Chillers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Water Systems, and other utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Ensure high reliability, availability, and efficiency of all utility systems.
- Lead utility projects, capacity planning, installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, electrical, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Manage utility manpower, contractors, vendors, budgets, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, EHS, Projects, and other departments.
- Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, 5S, Kaizen, and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical
- Experience: 10–15 years in Utility Management, preferably in Solar / PV Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, planning, and team-management skills.
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing plants will be an advantage.
