Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at our factory project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards. Civil site supervisors typically coordinate labor, contractors, materials, and site activities while maintaining safety and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and daily labor deployment.
- Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Inspect construction quality and ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and vendors.
- Verify material quality and maintain site inventory records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
- Monitor project timelines and report deviations.
- Support project completion within budget and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or commercial construction preferred.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of RCC work, masonry, flooring, plastering, steel, finishing, and waterproofing.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic project documentation.
