Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and other outreach activities.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving monthly team and individual targets.
