Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital channels, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve ROI targets
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including content creation and engagement
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure consistent branding
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Optimize website content and landing pages for better conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years for executive level)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or digital marketing
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
