Job Title: Lead M365
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team & conducting quarterly performance reviews.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Team Leader Requirements:
- Graduate or Above in any field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in people management
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Minimum six months experience in Server, Active Directory management or technical support role.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation/deletion/management of objects in AD, i.e. local user accounts, groups, workstations, servers etc
- Regularly perform housekeeping duties to keep their OU hierarchy clear of stale, unused, expired, and other no longer needed objects
- Process requests for access control authorized by data owner and by following defined process.
- Process requests for group drive mappings, computer account, application accounts etc.
- Meeting or exceeding predefined KPI and SLA targets.
