About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive *Social Media Management Intern* who has hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and producing short-form videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, basic design skills, and the ability to shoot and edit simple reels. Familiarity with AI tools and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
* Create engaging posts, graphics, stories, and short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
* Shoot, edit, and publish basic reels and behind-the-scenes content using a smartphone or camera.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
* Write compelling captions and assist with content scheduling.
* Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
* Maintain content trackers and reports using MS Excel.
* Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, creatives, and improve workflow efficiency.
Required Skills
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
* Hands-on experience creating social media creatives using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
* Ability to shoot and edit basic reels and short-form videos.
* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and content tracking.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools for content creation and productivity.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification: Graduate / 12th Passed
