Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Management Executive (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves managing client interactions post-order, ensuring satisfaction, addressing queries, and supporting timely payment collection while delivering exceptional after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all client leads are effectively followed up after order placement.
- Provide consistent after-sales service to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Actively collect and document genuine client feedback for service improvement.
- Manage client servicing from order confirmation until payment collection.
- Address and resolve all client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Provide accurate information and guidance about company products/services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and escalate issues when required.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with internal teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
