· Overall supervision and control of Lab
· Evolving Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and Quality Manual and getting the same approved by Competent Authority
· Co-ordination with other departmental heads
· Ensure proper functioning of all diagnostic services
· Advise Management regarding Lab
- Responsible for technical management of Laboratory, selection of test methods, review and approval of test procedures
- Responsible for training laboratory personnel, provide continuous technical education for the laboratory staff and part take in educational programmes of the institution
- Responsible for resolution of non conformity/ problem, if any.
- Responsible for all advisory services from laboratory based on diagnostic test to clinicians.
- Plan, set goals, develop and allocate resources appropriate to the needs, optimal utilization of resources, budgeting, achieving projected revenues.
- Select and monitor all referral laboratories for quality of services.
- Motivate staff and ensure high level of morale.
- Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
- Any other task assigned by Management from time to time depending on exigencies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
