Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant with 7–9 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP WM implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and post-go-live support.
- Configure and customize SAP WM based on business requirements.
- Analyze warehouse and inventory processes and provide appropriate SAP WM solutions.
- Handle enhancements, change requests, and production support activities.
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP WM issues within agreed timelines.
- Support integration between SAP WM, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Work on warehouse processes including Inbound, Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Transfer Orders, Transfer Requirements, and Inventory Management.
- Configure and support Warehouse Structure, Storage Types, Storage Bins, Movement Types, and Warehouse Strategies.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer when required.
- Identify opportunities for warehouse process improvements and recommend suitable SAP solutions.
Required Skills
- 7–9 years of SAP WM experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation and support
- Experience in SAP WM configuration and customization
- Experience handling enhancements and change requests
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Inventory Management processes
- Good knowledge of Inbound and Outbound processes
- Experience with Putaway, Picking, Stock Transfer, and Physical Inventory
- Knowledge of Transfer Orders (TO), Transfer Requirements (TR), and Movement Types
- Experience with integration between SAP WM and MM/SD/PP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in SAP WM to EWM migration is an advantage
- Knowledge of RF/mobile warehouse processes is a plus
- SAP WM certification is an added advantage
- Experience working in Agile methodology is preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
