We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Freight Broker Trainees. No prior logistics experience is required. You will receive comprehensive training on the US transportation industry, freight brokerage processes, carrier management, customer communication, and logistics software.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of US freight brokerage and logistics operations.
- Identify and build relationships with trucking companies (carriers).
- Assist in sourcing trucks for customer freight.
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers via phone, email, and messaging.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers under the guidance of senior brokers.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Resolve shipment issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on communication skills and interview performance)
