Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam capable to take initiative and target-oriented. Freshers are also eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer details regarding the higher education programs and language courses available at the institution.
2. Understand the requirements and preferences of prospective students, recommending appropriate options.
3. Aid prospective students in the admission process, understanding fees, scholarships, and other relevant aspects.
4. Keep records of interactions and outcomes with prospective students, ensuring regular updates and maintenance.
5. Handle calls and queries.
