Job Summary
The MIS Executive cum Sales Administrator will be responsible for preparing and maintaining management reports, supporting the sales team with administrative activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the accuracy of sales data and documentation. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities MIS Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, verify, and analyze sales and operational data.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
- Ensure data integrity and timely submission of reports.
- Support management with data analysis and performance tracking.
- Maintain records of sales targets, achievements, and business performance.
Sales Administration Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and customer records.
- Track customer orders from receipt to delivery and coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
- Maintain customer databases and sales documentation.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up for timely execution.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports for management meetings.
- Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups and customer account reconciliation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, and basic Macros).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, interior design, home décor, retail, FMCG, or distribution businesses will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
