Job Title: Service Engineer / Sales Engineer
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Experience Required: 2–3 years (minimum) in service/maintenance of medical equipment. Preference for candidates with experience in laparoscopy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laparoscopy equipment and related medical devices.
- Provide timely service support to hospitals/clinics and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with the technical team and vendors for spare parts replacement and technical upgrades.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
- Train end-users (hospital staff/doctors) on basic equipment handling.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in medical device servicing, especially in laparoscopy/endoscopy systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region for service support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
