Key Responsibilities
- Support the Team Manager in managing day-to-day team operations.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate team schedules, attendance, and leave planning.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve workflows and operational performance.
- Take ownership of team operations in the absence of the Team Manager.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
