Job Summary
We are looking for a Cloud / VAS Executive to manage and support Windows cloud servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of cloud environments, server administration, and user management, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Server Administration
- Manage and maintain Windows cloud servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor server health, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system monitoring.
Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and address security vulnerabilities proactively.
User Management
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Assign permissions, roles, and application access to users.
- Handle user onboarding and access-related requests.
Resource Management
- Monitor server resource utilization, including CPU, RAM, and storage.
- Scale resources as required to meet business and customer needs.
Backup & Recovery
- Execute backup schedules and verify backup integrity.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and data restoration procedures.
- Ensure business continuity through effective backup management.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance related to cloud services.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and support activities.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience managing Windows cloud servers.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Practical knowledge of Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is mandatory.
- Understanding of server security, backup management, and compliance practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of TsPlus and Tally Prime will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience may also be considered for suitable candidates.
- Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
