Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
- Provide accurate information about products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM software familiarity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
