Job Summary: The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle guest concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Service
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the Resort.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about Resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
2. Front Desk Operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and registration details.
- Process payments, bills, and invoices.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain financial records.
3. Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
- Communicate guest requests to relevant departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc.).
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for guest satisfaction.
4. Administrative Duties
- Maintain front desk logs and reports.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge (PMS systems, MS Office)

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays and Night shift
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)
- 0–2 years experience in hotel front office operations (freshers may be considered)
- Preferance to local Goans or candidates currently working in Goa.
