Key Responsibilities:
* Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions accurately
* Issue bills, receipts, and refunds when required
* Maintain proper cash balance in the register
* Assist customers with billing queries and basic information
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
* Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
* Maintain records of transactions and report discrepancies if any
* Follow company policies regarding cash handling and customer service
Requirements:
* Minimum High School qualification or equivalent
* Basic mathematical and computer skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
* Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred
