Job Description - Process Coordinator:
The Process Coordinator is mainly responsible for follow-ups for all the flowcharts, checklists, IMS, FMS, PMS, and other systems running in every business process.
The Process Coordinator coordinates all the steps of a system to ensure work is completed within a specific timeline. Their main task is to provide all relevant information to everyone involved in the workflow.
Additionally, the Process Coordinator should maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, and possess strong communication skills.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Follow-up Skills: Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure task completion by the team and other corporate associates.
- Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate ongoing operations to identify and address issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination and communication in process execution.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues, assisting in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
PERSONAL SKILL SET REQUIRED:
- A pleasant personality with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative, polite attitude.
- She should be careful about all the details in the flowchart and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Honesty & Integrity are a MUST.
- Should be Hardworking.
- Should be promptly responsive.
Preferred:
- Should be staying a maximum of 15 to 30 minutes from the office.
- She should have a sense of responsibility.

Academic Qualification:
- Education & Qualifications: Any graduation degree.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
