- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their tables or designated areas in the restaurant, lounge, or banquet hall.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Coordinate with the restaurant, kitchen, and front office teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Answer telephone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Provide guests with menus and explain daily specials, promotions, or hotel dining options.
- Monitor dining room occupancy and optimize seating arrangements.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in preparing the dining area before service and ensure all guest areas are presentable.
- Ensure compliance with hotel service standards, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Support banquet, conference, and special event operations when required.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and enhance customer satisfaction.
