Job Overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer – Statutory Compliance to manage administrative operations and support statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that company records, documentation, and compliance-related processes are maintained accurately while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory records, registers, licenses, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and relevant authorities for routine compliance requirements.
- Track and monitor renewal of licenses, registrations, and statutory documents.
- Assist with compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Support payroll-related compliance by coordinating with the HR and Accounts teams.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to administrative and compliance activities.
- Maintain employee compliance records and related documentation.
- Coordinate office administration, vendor management, facility maintenance, and office supplies.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Ensure proper filing and record management for administrative and compliance documents.
- Assist management with administrative projects and other assigned responsibilities.
- Follow company policies and established administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in administration, compliance, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance processes and employment-related regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

- Familiarity with payroll compliance processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
