Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize daily ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, marketplace management, customer support coordination, and operational reporting to ensure smooth business performance across all ecommerce platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Platform Management
- Manage daily operations across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and stock availability.
- Coordinate product uploads, updates, and catalog management.
- Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
Order & Fulfillment Operations
- Process and monitor customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for timely dispatches.
- Track shipments, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
- Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction throughout the fulfillment cycle.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for stock replenishment.
- Prevent stockouts and overselling through regular inventory checks.
- Maintain inventory reports and SKU tracking.
Marketplace Operations
- Handle operations for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, HealthKart, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor marketplace KPIs including ratings, returns, and seller performance metrics.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational standards.
Customer Support Coordination
- Assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to improve service quality.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement operational improvements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze sales trends, order performance, returns, and operational metrics.
- Support management with actionable insights and performance recommendations.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support automation initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Maintain SOPs and operational documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and seller panels.
- Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health supplements, wellness, or sports nutrition industry.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce analytics.
