Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 2-4 Years
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 2-4 years of experience in E-commerce, KPO, or BPO industries. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through Chat, Email, WhatsApp, and Calls while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Chat, Email, WhatsApp, and Phone Calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Experience in E-commerce, KPO, or BPO industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Fluent English is mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Location: Vaishnodevi Circle, Ahmedabad.
Salary: As per company standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
