About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and optimizing international advertising campaigns, particularly in US, European, and Australian markets.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, deep understanding of paid acquisition strategies, and the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Create and manage Microsoft/Bing Ads campaigns for additional search reach.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and performance targets.
- Analyze campaign data and generate structured performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with marketing, SEO, and product teams to align advertising strategies.
- Stay updated with latest ad platform updates, algorithm changes, and performance marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
✔ Strong expertise in Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
✔ Experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft / Bing Ads
✔ Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling ad budgets
✔ Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization
✔ Experience managing campaigns in US, European, and Australian markets
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and campaign analysis
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
