Associate Director - Studio Director - IN
The Studio Director will oversee the operational and creative workflow of the studio, ensuring seamless production processes and effective team management. This role requires establishing robust tracking systems, managing artist capacity, collaborating with creative leadership on prioritization, and maintaining quality standards for all design deliverables. The Studio Director will serve as a key liaison in TIAA GC operations and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

Create and maintain an agency-wide job tracking system to monitor project status, timelines, and resource allocation. High degree of proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
Manage workflow and capacity planning for production artists to optimize productivity and meet deadlines. Traffic projects to TIAA CCs, microsite teams, data teams, and print team resources, ensuring proper coordination and resource allocation
Collaborate with the Creative Director to establish and communicate daily and weekly priorities across the studio.
Provide design specifications and guidelines for upload to print files, ensuring accuracy and quality control
Lead team development, mentoring, and capacity building initiatives
