- Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) is preferred.

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects are executed in accordance with design intent, client requirements, and applicable building regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, development regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and vendor submissions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to incorporate design changes and project requirements.
- Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and permissions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, construction technologies, and sustainable design practices.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit/BIM.
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
- Familiarity with National Building Code (NBC) and relevant building regulations.
